Clark is an associate in the firm’s estate planning and probate practice, where he assists clients with the preparation and implementation of wills, trusts, disability planning documents, marital property agreements, and other matters relevant to succession planning and asset protection. Before joining Swanger Prickett LLP, Clark practiced primarily in the areas of health care and administrative law, representing numerous electric and telecommunications clients and providing counsel on various regulatory, business, litigation, and legislative matters. Clark also acquired broad experience advising clients on real estate and business transactional matters, including the review and preparation of commercial and residential real estate leases, as well as the planning, formation, management, and acquisition of various business entities. Clark is an Austin native who has enjoyed watching the city’s growth firsthand. He and his wife, Sarah, met in law school and set down their roots in Austin, recently having their first child. In his free time, Clark likes going to concerts, playing golf, and spending time on the lake with family and friends.

Education

Clark graduated from University of Texas School of Law in 2015 after receiving his B.S. in 2011 from the University of Texas at Austin.
