Bob represents a diverse group of clients with general business and real estate matters, including individuals and their companies, and non-profit organizations. Representation regarding corporate and general business matters includes the planning, formation, and management of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, equity transfers, the preparation of asset and stock purchase ageements, and other general transactional matters. Bob also advises clients in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including the review and preparation of real estate purchase agreements and leases, the review and preparation of easement agreements, and the review of title and those documents affecting title.
After graduating from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in Economics in 2013, Bob earned his J.D. (Cum Laude) from Northern Kentucky University: Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2017.
