Denise represents a diverse group of clients with real estate and business matters, including individuals and their companies. Denise also advises clients in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including the review and preparation of real estate purchase agreements and leases, the review and preparation of easement agreements, and the review of title and those documents affecting title.
After graduating with a B.A. and M.A. from Southern Methodist University, Denise earned her J.D. (with honors) from the University of Texas School of Law. She spent several years working for a large firm, several more working at a local boutique firm, and has also worked in house for a state trade organization.
